All reseller benefits, including discounts and free shipping, apply exclusively to purchases made through our website, using your registered username as a reseller.

Exclusive discount: Resellers affiliated with our platform enjoy a Fixed discount of 15% on all available products. This discount is non-transferable and exclusive to your registered reseller account.

Not combinable with other offers: Promotions and special offers available to the general public cannot be combined with the exclusive discount for resellers.

Using Other Offers: If a Reseller wishes to take advantage of a public offer or promotion, they must make the purchase using another account or RNC not associated with their Reseller status on our platform.

Free shipping conditions: All resellers have access to free shipping without geographical restrictions.

Shipping planning: Shipments are made according to our logistical availability and are scheduled based on routes and areas.

Delivery time My dear: Orders are processed and shipped within a period of 5 to 7 business days. In case of high demand or logistical restrictions, times may be extended, and the customer will be notified.

Point system: Resellers can participate in our points system, accumulating points for each purchase made on the platform. These points can be redeemed for additional discounts or selected products.

Not cumulative with the fixed discount: Accumulated points cannot be applied in conjunction with the fixed reseller discount on the same purchase.

Product Warranty: Products purchased from resellers have the same guarantees that we offer to all our customers, depending on the product category.

Access to exclusive offers: Resellers have early access to product launches and exclusive promotions designed only for Metalgas partners. Exclusive promotions will be announced periodically through the platform.

Training and support: Resellers will have access to product training, instructional videos, and other educational materials to help them better understand our products and improve their sales.

Performance Awards: Top resellers will be rewarded with special prizes and additional benefits based on their cumulative sales over set periods.

If the Reseller wishes to take advantage of an offer or promotion other than the one available in his or her Reseller account, he or she may do so by using another user account that is not assigned the Reseller role.
