In METALGAS, SRL, we will accept the warranty of any equipment as long as it meets each of the following conditions:

• Warranty for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment: One year of parts and service coverage at our facilities located in Avenida Luperon no. 5, Herrera Industrial Zone.
• Warranty for kitchen equipment (hot equipment): Six months of parts and service coverage at our facilities, also located in Avenida Luperon no. 5, Herrera Industrial Zone. This category includes stoves, ovens, stovetops, hot cabinets, hot carts, grills, griddles, electric ovens, electric and gas toasters, flour mixers, blenders, food processors, and chicken rotisserie.

IMPORTANT:

• The warranty starts from the date of purchase of the equipment.
• Our warranty covers both parts and services.
• The replacement of the equipment or motor is excluded, except for factory defects that are verified by our technicians.
• The guarantee does not cover breakage, paint or blows caused by the consumer.
• The guarantee is valid for people or companies that have the original invoice.

Note: For air conditioners, the parts and services warranty only applies if they have been installed by Metalgas.

THE WARRANTY OF THE EQUIPMENT IS LOST IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:

Damage caused by high voltage or electric shock.

If the equipment is opened, repaired, manipulated or modified in any way from its original state.

If the equipment is not used for the purposes for which it was designed.
