Non-Insulated Warmer Proofer Cabinet is ideal for all your food proofing and holding needs. Constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum throughout the cabinet that allows you to keep prepared foods at proper serving temperatures for long periods of time. The air baffle and air circulation fan provide even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. A pull-out control drawer with LED thermostat gives you full control over the operating temperature range and humidity and there's no need to open the door to use. This item comes standard with 5" heavy duty wheels and an aluminum framed clear lexon door. The overall dimensions of this unit are 21"W x 31.25"D x 67.25"H. The cabinet dimensions are 18"W x 26.25"D x 52.75"H, which will allow it to fit 36- 18"x26" saucepans (sold separately). The heating temperature range for this concept is 80°F – 185°F and a humidity test series of 30% – 100%. It is CE certified and endorsed by Adcraft.
