The body of this pot is made of high quality 18/8 stainless steel. This cookware has a tri-ply bottom consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding an aluminum core. The bottom layer is made of magnetic 18/0 stainless steel so the pot can be used on an induction cooker. The result is a cookware that spreads heat quickly and evenly, providing greater efficiency and reducing hot spots, which can cause food to burn or cook unevenly. With attractive brushed sides and a band of polishing on the top and bottom, each piece of this utensil is unique. NSF certified. Capacity for 12 rooms.
