Non-insulated warming proofer cabinet is ideal for all your food and proofing needs. Constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum throughout the cabinet allowing you to keep prepared foods at proper serving temperatures for long periods of time. The air deflector and air circulation fan provide even heat distribution throughout the case. A removable control drawer with LED thermostat gives you full control over the operating temperature range and humidity and there is no need to open the door to use. This item comes standard with 5” heavy-duty casters and a clear lexon door with aluminum frame. The overall dimensions of this unit are 21”W x 31.25”D x 67.25”H. The dimensions of the cabinet are 18"W x 26.25"D x 52.75"H, which will allow it to fit 36-18"x26" saucepans (sold separately). The heating temperature range for this concept is 80°F – 185°F and a humidity test series of 30% – 100%. It is CE certified and backed by Adcraft.
