Objectives of this policy:
Optimize space in our workshop, ensure efficient equipment rotation and cover costs associated with long-term storage.
Scope:
Applies to all industrial equipment that is repaired or evaluated at our facilities.
- 15 days after billing and application of the service.
- 15 days after being notified of a service evaluation quote.
- 100 Dominican pesos (RD$100) per day after 15 days exempt from payment.

- We will inform you of the storage policy when placing the quote, work order or equipment review.
- We will provide you with a printed copy of the policy and procedure along with your invoice.
- We will notify you by all available means when your equipment is ready to be removed.
- From the 15 days of free storage, we will notify you of the total amount to pay every 10 days.

- The possibility of extending the free storage period or reducing the daily rate may be evaluated. For this, the client must submit a written request and justify his request.
- Exceptions are subject to evaluation and we reserve the right of admission.

- The client is responsible for removing the equipment within the established grace period, which is 15 days.
- Metalgas undertakes to notify the client about the storage period and fee.
- Metalgas is responsible for maintaining the equipment in safe conditions while it is stored.

Former customers will be subject to the version of the policy that was in effect at the time of the repair or technical service quote. However, they will be notified and applied to the most up-to-date version of the policy to standardize our long-term storage service.
