Changes and returns will only be possible within the Dominican Republic. They do not apply to other countries.
Changes and returns can be made up to 15 days after the purchase. Claims related to changes and returns will not be accepted after this period.
In cases of defects or breakdowns of a device under guarantee, claims will be accepted for the period of validity of the guarantee. The guarantee is only valid within the Dominican Republic.
Return for damaged product.
If a product arrived damaged or in poor condition, metalgas.com.do will collect the damaged product and send you a new product, as long as it is in stock, otherwise you will be given a coupon for the amount paid for the product. product to redeem in another purchase in a period of less than 30 business days.

Your request will be attended to within a maximum period of 24 business hours. If the return is authorized by the Customer Service area, you must comply with the following process to return a new product:

If you received an incorrect product, metalgas.com.do will collect the incorrect product and we will send you the correct product, as long as it is in stock, otherwise you will be given a coupon for the amount paid for the product to redeem at another purchase in a period of less than 30 business days.

Return for missing product.
If you were missing a product and it is determined that the missing product comes from our warehouse, metalgas.com.do will send you the missing product, as long as it is in stock, otherwise you will be granted a coupon for the amount paid for said product. You can use the coupon on another purchase and it is valid for 30 business days.
The maximum period to report a missing product is 48 business hours from the date of receipt of the order. To request the shipment of the missing product you must send an email to metalgas@metalgas.net with the following information:
-Order number.
-Model and number of parts of the missing Product.
-Photo inside and outside of the box to verify that it has our tape/seal and no additional elements.
Your request will be attended to within a maximum period of 24 business hours.
The objective of this document is to establish the merchandise return policy, of the Products sold by MetalGas SRL, you may accept the return of any product as long as it complies with each and every one of the conditions established in the following return policy. Returns:
– The maximum period to receive a product return will be 5 (five) business days from the invoice date, there are no exceptions.
– The product must be complete, in perfect condition for its closed sale, the seals, packaging, manuals and accessories must be original.
– Our Return Policy may change without prior notice.
– The freight charge will not be refunded in the initial invoice.
– Any return will be reimbursed if applicable, by means of a credit note, applicable to a current or future invoice. In no case will cash be refunded.
– Returns are not accepted due to low inventory turnover or on request, except for specific agreements and/or authorized by the Commercial Department of MetalGas SRL. We inform you that for no reason can a returned product be accepted even when confirmation has been received if it meets any of the following cases:
The product was used.
The product packaging or boxes have non-original labels or are violated; are scratched, bumped, dirty or otherwise abused.
The packaging or boxes are not original or are open.
The product has been requested on order (backorder).
The product is expired or offline.
The product was sold by a special or auction promotion.
RETURNS: PROCEDURE
1.- The Client must request the authorization to return the product, using the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) format, in which he can fill out electronically. (If you don't know the procedure, you can download it HERE). Once your request has been received by this means, www.metalgas.com undertakes to confirm your registration via email. devoluciones@metalgas.com, reserves the right to accept said return (Even when an RMA authorization number has been assigned, since it is a prior review of the product. In the case of not proceeding, we will notify the customer in 72 hrs., at the latest. The Customer must return the merchandise at its own expense, no later than 48 hrs, after receiving the NOTICE, from MetalGas SRL. All returns will be taken at the Invoice price.
The reimbursement for all cases will be through a credit note and will be applicable to the original invoice, or if it has been paid, to the oldest one. In no case will MetalGas grant money in cash.
2.- MetalGas SRL, may receive merchandise as a Return at its facilities only and exclusively when it has an Authorization Number. Products whose poor condition is NOT caused by our warehouses or their carriers are not accepted. In case of receiving merchandise with damaged packaging or boxes, it will be the customer's responsibility to specify it on the invoice or in the guide at the time of receiving the product, since otherwise; Claims or subsequent guarantees will not be accepted in products with damaged packaging and with this there will be a precedent.
3.- MetalGas SRL, is not responsible for merchandise sent without Authorization Number.
4.- MetalGas SRL, will be automatically responsible for merchandise that results in a manufacturing defect or due to internal, verifiable omissions and attributable to our Company.
5.- In the case of Returns generated by omissions of the Client, MetalGas SRL, IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for additional costs generated, for which the Client agrees to cover any additional cost incurred due to the Return. This includes outbound freight, return freight, transportation insurance cost, damaged or missing merchandise, and any other additional charges.
6.- In the case of products that were requested by specific order or promotional products, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
7.- MetalGas SRL, reserves the right to admit Returns that are outside of the previously stated clauses.
