Purchasing policy

All users will be able to buy all the products and services that are available on the website.

The total amount of the purchase cannot be divided into several payments.

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any request without obligation to specify or explain our reasons. In doing so, we notify the client via email.

At the end of your purchase, you will be able to see the ITBIS and shipping costs, which are detailed and added to the total of your purchase at the time of making your payment.

Although we always try to keep a wide range of products available and large quantities, some products may be out of stock. Product delivery

We make deliveries only within the territory of the Dominican Republic.

We do not have a minimum purchase amount to make deliveries. We take your product to any location or home within the Dominican Republic.

For security reasons we only make deliveries in physical spaces with buildings such as houses and commercial premises, we do not make deliveries on the street.

We deliver the products to the person who purchased the product or to persons authorized by the owner of the product to receive them. For deliveries it will be necessary that the identity document of the person receiving is the same one specified by the owner at the time of completing the purchase.

We make fast deliveries to all provinces in the country. We always work to make deliveries in the shortest time possible. We start counting the days since the payment has been verified and authorized.

The delivery personnel will locate your equipment in the desired place as long as it is within a premises. No deliveries will be made on the street or outside of any town.

Before taking your purchase, we contact you to coordinate the delivery by phone. If we cannot communicate with you in this way, we will write to you by email.

We are not responsible for non-compliance with delivery times in cases of situations beyond our control, such as the person who was going to receive the order not being available at the time scheduled for delivery, natural disasters (cyclone, storm, tsunami). or human disasters (wars, civil protests).
